Gretsch Drums
Gretsch USA Custom6-ply maple drums, 30-degree bearing edges, Silver Sealer inner shell finish and Nitro-cellulose lacquer or Nitron exterior finishe, die-cast hoops and GTS suspension systems. Available in 4,5 or 6 piece. There is a Quick Delivery Program on the official Gretsch website that lets you order drums online and have them delivered in as little as five weeks. Simply choose your color and configuration and then watch for the delivery truck. Gretsch Signature SetsThe Gretsch Signature series offers two sets of drums. One designed by Vinnie Colaiuta who has played drums with numerous artists including, Frank Zappa, Sting, Herbie Hancock and Megadeth. The other was created for Steve Ferrone who has played drums for Tom Petty, Average White Band, Eric Clapton and Chaka Khan. Gretsch New Classic SeriesA throwback to the older days of drumming. Maple drums that increase in thickness as diameter increases, vintage tube lugs, ITS (integrated tom suspension) and hinged tom support. Available in 3 or 4 piece sets. Gretsch Renown Maple and Oak10-ply bass and snare, 30 degree bearing except for snare (45), GTS suspension system, Silver Sealer and diecast hoops. Gretsch Catalina SeriesMaple shell 45 degree bearing edge, GTS with ball-socket tom mounts, mini-lugs, 6-ply toms, 7-ply bass and 9-ply snare. Available in maple or ash. Gretsch also offers a club series within the Catalina line of drums that is tailored to different genres, such as jazz and rock. Want more information on the Gretsch Catalina? Gretsch Blackhawk SeriesThe economical choice, this set of drums comes with basswood/poplar 6 ply shells, 7 ply bass and a steel shell snare.
